      Flexibility, company's performance overall, family feel, entepreneurial, quick to execute, relaxed workwear, annual conferences, people

      Cons

      too much gossiping, individual performance is not valued as much as behaving in a way to please others, not fair to people - as a result many leaving, poor career progression management, corridor conversations make someone's reputation, hiding from unpleasant reality

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
