      Pros

      Work is challenging and engaging. Operators and support staff are excellent. Good company values at the corporate level.

      Cons

      Local leadership has created and fosters a toxic work environment. Leadership responds to criticism with retaliation via malicious compliance virtually 100% of the time. HR is absolutely complacent with regards to sexual harassment, bullying and retaliation. Aging infrastructure in the plant necessitates frequently being called in when operations can’t function. Plant manager’s opinions on women only relate to their appearance and not their competence.

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
