Pros
They have money (but they only use it for show and not actually to help the residents i.e. a farm that residents don't actually get to use as no one takes them there)
Cons
They only use their money to look good - not investing in actual good care. They have not trained their staff at all - the care is the poorest I've seen in over 10 years of working in healthcare. It's so heartbreaking. Tried to implement changes but no one in the company cares
