Not real work, silo mentality, middle and senior managers do not follow company behaviours and show many red flags, do not have your best interest at heart, job wrongly advertised, do not listen, do not care, do not evolve/change, narrow minded, hide behind management speak/jargon, patronising, do not respect you, politics, favourites, middle and senior managers not held accountable for bad behaviour and poor performance, ‘slopey shoulders’, working environment not conducive to learning or stress free, not given enough to do, future prospects deliberately limited, global company but do not encourage global opportunities, not a good working environment.
