      -Working hours -Support for qualifications -Variety of work- though some work can be very adminy.

      Cons

      -Generally, everyone is very friendly, although certain teams have individuals with more difficult personalities, including occasional backbiting and negative comments about others. -Salary progression is strong while you are completing your exams, with increases of around 15% per year. Once you are qualified, however, progression tends to flatten out.
