Bureaucratic, no flat structure, boys club

I joined LCP as a grad and spent a number of really amazing years there. I learned a huge amount, both professionally and personally, and also feel lucky in that I made genuinely lifelong friends there. One of the best things about working there was the variety of projects and the chance to get involved in interesting, and unique work. I was also given responsibility early on to run projects, which was a really valuable learning experience. Management were also very supportive and approachable. Whenever things got a bit too busy, they really listened and made adjustments to ease the workload, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a really lovely place to work, with lots of fantastic, talented, friendly people and a great environment to grow in.
