      None shambles of a company

      Where do I start. You confirm your availability and even if you’re ready to work. You find out the day that you’re not working. Even if you get a taxi to pick up a van. Wasted money. Absolute joke on the management side too. They promise you free van rental to work in Rochdale when you’re in the Trafford park depot and don’t even pay you the free van rental. Unorganised management and hope they go out of business because that’s what they deserve. Would give 0 if possible. Absolute poor show

      Vans are not road worthy 90% of the time Cost of repairing the vans is extortion £40 a day to rent a van that is dirty and broken get told the night before that you're working but then when you show up, you told your spared and you can go home with no compensation for the travel there and back Expectations to do 110 plus stops in rural places Management has clear favouritism towards certain genders
