      Pros

      - Enjoyable and meaningful work - Good benefits - Hybrid pattern

      Cons

      - Exec out of touch with employees - Prioritises London office - Results of employee surveys rarely shared, only cherrypicked to support the narrative of the exec - Stopped all recruitment because new CEO wanted to "redefine our mission". Corporate BS that meant understaffed teams continued to be understaffed - CEO's interest in projects appears performative and can be rude and insulting to projects people have worked on for years

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits but it comes at the risk of redundancy at any point depending on what the c-suite suddenly decide to focus on.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, especially the CEO, and toxic culture at the top. Workplace bullying and contracts/jobs being awarded based on who is friends with who.

      The C-suite blames others for its shortcomings and prioritises visibility at high-profile events over operational integrity. Priorities shift abruptly, often depending on the CEO’s mood.
