Complete lack of reasonable adjustments and adjusted KPI for employees with disabilities. High-pressure culture that relies blindly on numbers. While the company promotes a data-driven culture, its performance evaluation system is not deeply flawed regarding inclusion. For employees with disabilities, the rigid use of peer comparison and standard performance measures was deemed "reasonable" by management, which is highly problematic. Because the company fails to provide necessary workplace adjustments, forcing these identical metrics onto disabled staff could create a textbook case of indirect discrimination. Equal treatment without equal support is not fairness.

Pros

Supportive senior managers, culture has greatly improved. New CEO is superb, engaging and energetic. Strategy now delivering results and likely to get a head of steam. Good teamwork & friendly people.

Cons

limited career progression, constant change & lack of stability - employees focus on the here and now, always waiting for the next round of "right sizing" is very stressful and leads to high staff turnover. Can be a challenge to progress if you are not in the "magic circle".
