Extremely toxic work environment with bullying, ageism and favouritism. Colleagues can only get ahead if they suck up to management and act as brainless yes men. Colleagues are discouraged from expressing their professional opinions and are punished or strategically removed from the company if they do so. Corporate games and politics come first, certainly above customer experience and quality of work outputs. Clueless and unethical middle management. No professional development or career advancement opportunities. Extremely poor work-life balance.
