      Pros

      - Good work-life balance - Great colleagues - Genuinely collaborative culture

      Cons

      - Frequent layoffs - Perks and benefits disappearing a few at a time - Heavy reliance on outside agencies, resulting in misalignment, lack of institutional knowledge, and generally bad outcomes (and these agencies presumably cost a fortune to boot) - Management knowing where they want the company to go, but serially refusing to commit to any course of action that might get us there - Management throwing each other under the bus until there's nobody left

      Pros

      Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

      None that I have come across yet.

      Pros

      I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

      Cons

      - limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
