People treated like lumps of flesh, every ounce of blood is squeezed out and then casually discarded Poor pay, management happy to keep you under-paid No innovation or technology - sat on previous laurels no leadership, its run by bean counters No desk, no parking, possible the worst working conditions in the industry The least progressive company in automotive No budget, no resources, high turn over, no appreciation, long hours The guys that built the place no longer work there
