Work-life balance has remained overall positive

Plenty of people have done a good job explaining the dowfall of this company since the acquisition by Dassault Systemes. TLDR: Upper management consistently makes decisions that harm employees. There is very little overlap between what DS wants and what the employees want. Their priorities are overwhelmingly skewed towards DS interests and requirements. These include but are not limited to: -Return to office -No pay rises for this cycle -Reduced budget for activities -Low salaries/large pay bands -Limited benefits -Limited progression -Limited internal movement
