Business Outlook
Pros
Reputable company, one of the biggest in Stoke. Provide some good opportunities. Treat their staff fairly, feel well looked after. Fast paced environment. Most importantly, the staff there are brilliant. Loved working there overall.
Cons
Downsized massively the last few years, the room for job progression is reduced and job security is more of a risk. I don't agree with some of their business decisions which in my opinion contradicted what they stood for and what their values are as a company.
