      Pros

      The staff, many have been there for a very long time.

      Cons

      They were acquired by US company (Naviga) who promised investment but there’s no sign of much investment. Also, they are not seeing through the MD at the top who is and has been mismanaging this company for years.

      Pros

      Employee dedication to customer base. Employees are supportive of their peers even though the numbers have been reduced from a once thriving company of over 350 to only 10 local and 9 remote.

      Cons

      Not much hope of advancement as parent company is mainly only concerned with maintaining support revenue of remaining customers. Limited enthusiasm from parent company for current products.
