      Pros

      -work from home -nice people -no need to work in off hours -relaxed environment in off season

      Cons

      -no training program, thrown into the fire -those same nice people are far too busy to be helping out the less experienced -not enough people to do the job required of us -zero cross training. We have a single guy who’s trained on a particular api, so if he’s out, we’re up a creek, and that’s just one example -bad pay -ceo is definitely intelligent, but not a leader at all

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Odin. Employees are give the freedom to work on whatever projects they like. Established company so there's not a ton of stress. Fantastic work life balance. A close-knit team that enjoy working with each other.

      Cons

      Eccentric desktop apps. Lack of communication from certain remote employees.

      Pros

      People were nice and my coworkers were good at working as a team.

      Cons

      The boss was open to new ideas but didn't care to pay people for the job they were doing. He also offered less money to start to the female employees then the male. When I was going to go full time he refused to pay me as much as I was making as a contractor let alone the fair rate for my work.
