Exciting expanding company beginning to penetrate many UK markets.
Cons
Poor pension scheme, only 5% matched, in comparison with many other companies in the sector that offer 15% matched. Share scheme is limited to £1000 per year, rather than maximum of £1800, shares are only matched instead of double matched to employer maximum of £3600. No offer of gym membership or other company perks.
