Pros

1. Great managers who are super empathetic and kind while also offering solid direciton in leadership. 2. Helpful culture where most people would want other colleagues to succeed. 3. Brilliant people who are dedicated to their craft and that is a great environment to surround yourself in.

Cons

1. Talent development is completely up to the managers which increases their burden alongside their daily work and management responsibilities. 2. Lack of meaningful increments on a YTD basis unless you get promoted or gain high visibility within the company. 3. Company is moving really fast which is not really a con but the whole shift to AI has left quite a few people behind.
