      Pros

      Free food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The people overall are great, especially in the Amsterdam office, loads of fun, open people. Every opinion is in fact respected and hear and appreciated

      Cons

      The culture is a bit extreme and some inappropriate behaviours are unfortunately not accepted but ignored. Growth can be complicated, so it easily leads to having to bring people down to look better. Bonus scheme is unclear.

      worked on a lot of different areas of the trading stack; often close with researchers learned about technical components for data driven trading saw my impact day to day
