Genuinely strong culture - on the whole ambitious driven people who want to do well A culture built on pace and intensity - it's not for everyone but if you embrace it you will get better and outpace the market Excellent processes and systems to help get you up and running especially if you are a trainee
Cons
Not the best brand perception and hard to shake that off Sales culture built on relentless calls and emails to clients / candidates - often spam which undermines our mission Lack of innovation around technology and a cookie cutter approach to recruitment which feels like it's hard to change / suggest new ideas
