Even being sick with COVID did not protect you from getting fired. Sales incentives work like a pyramid scheme: Up to 90% of sales for a senior partner comes from juniors and new partners. Which is why they were hiring so many new partners in the last three years. You have more chances making money with Herbalife than by lining the pockets of senior partners. Consulting talent, clients and investors should avoid this scamming firm! Negative outlook for a firm with completely demotivated staff.
