I have been here for almost 2 years and was given an opportunity to grow a desk from scratch which seemed daunting but I had so much support from the company and the team around me. You get great rewards for simply doing a good job ie. lunch clubs, annual trips, great bonuses and the commission structure is unmatched, this really is an opportunity to make life changing money. So many opportunities to grow here, I was promoted to Senior in just 1 year and I cant wait to continue my career with Portfolio!
