      Pros

      - Can be a quick way to get work - Lots of smaller jobs available - If you do well they level you up to better paying work - Generally good communication with editing team - Good guidelines, style guides etc

      Cons

      - Very difficult to make more than minimum wage unless you're lightning fast and don't mind sacrificing quality (which is hard to do when you're being held to high standards by Proofed)

      There are no pros here

      Cons

      Do not pay for "guaranteed work" no matter how desperate you are for experience, etc. I got to the "guaranteed work" phase, and it is a joke. Unless an entire week's worth of work (with TONS of additional unpaid training, after the paid-for-by-you training) for a grand total of $8 appeals to you.
