Pros
I started my journey at Rush Hair as an apprentice and have worked my way up to a Stylist Manager role. The company provides great training and development opportunities, especially for those starting their career in hairdressing. If you are motivated and committed, there is real potential to progress through the ranks. The salons are fast-paced and you gain a lot of hands-on experience very quickly. The education and training provided helps build confidence and skills, and you are surrounded by talented stylists who are passionate about the industry. It’s a great environment to learn, grow and build a strong client base
Cons
Like most salon environments, it can be very busy and demanding at times, particularly during peak periods. The pace can be challenging when you are first starting out, but it also helps you develop resilience and strong time management skills.
