      Great team feeling Great Christmas Parties and social events Everyone is easy to get along with

      Cons

      Higher managers are rubbish to many people in hierarchy - end up with 6 'managers' before you get anywhere REDICULOUS high staff turn over- I saw at least 20 people come and go within 3 years sinking ship quick to boot out and demoralise potential in younger staff Pay is outrageously low always expected to do overtime for nothing
