Pros
Very good for job progression. Worked with a lot of great people and made friends for life. If you’re liked by the right people, you will go far (take that whatever way you wish)
Cons
Salary isn’t as good as they make it out to be. The only benefit to working there would be holidays. Need to get with the times of allowing WFH etc, or actually giving staff the wifi password as you work in the middle of nowhere with no phone signal.
