No pay rises - but every 2nd day there is a celebration of someone senior being promoted… or someone new being hired in a senior role. Stealth cuts across the regions at “doer” level (4-5 rounds in UK during 23/24?) , we’ve lost lots of peers but if you are global or a US VP you are probably safe. All the messages are about growth and sales successes ….. yet it’s cuts and no raises, very odd. Never has morale been so low. Will the annual artificial push to inflate the glassdoor scores work this year. …?
