There are no standards, so lazy and genuinely dumb staff. The people are rude, and many of them have hygiene problems. Security is rude and lets anyone do anything. You could bring a gun into the place, and security wouldn't notice as they're too busy watching soaps on their phone. No one knows what they're doing, and they pretend to do their jobs. People are gross as they spit on the floor and stink og BO. Many people are lacking in social skills.
