      Pros

      This company has two modes. If you are a preferable ethnicity, Mangers are happy to help you progress even if you are nowhere near your targets. If you make mistakes the manager will say its no problem. Managers will make an effort to make you feel welcomed. Managers will celebrate your success . If you have a problem with your salary, managers will be keen to discuss your problems.

      Cons

      If you have an unpreferable ethnicity, Managers are reluctant to progress you even if you are exceeding targets. If you make mistakes the manager will mention how "this is not good enough", and "you need to do better", despite your peers making the same mistakes and being told that it was no problem. Managers will not celebrate your success, and every time you do something good for the company the managers will find a way to make your achievement look worse. If you have a problem with your salary, managers will brush you off with some waffle excuse despite being paid minimum wage for a job that shouldn't be
