Pros

- Total Ownership: It’s performance-driven, so if you’re hitting your goals, you're trusted with your own approach and strategy. - Great Resources: The training is actually useful and perfectly structured. - Fast Hiring: I went through 4 stages in 2 weeks. It’s super efficient.

Cons

- Fast-paced: It can feel like a lot. Even during training, I felt like I was playing catch-up despite working non-stop. - Working hours: The culture tends to be blurred with personal time. You’ll see people checking in after hours or on their days off, which makes it hard to fully switch off.

Cons

Performance is too data driven. Data only works when you interpret it correctly.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
