      Pros

      -flexible timing (best thing -you can come to office at any time you like and leave at the time you wish even you can come for just 1 hr ) -3 days WFO and 2 days WFH -global exposer -chill environment -almost no work pressure -you can take leave as per your wish , just inform your manager -Work life balance is extremely good

      Cons

      -slow-paced work environment -cannot get the opportunity to socialise or make friends -no structured training program

      Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

      Cons

      No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
