Pros
Very good work from home capabilities (especially if you've been at the company a long time) but even new starters realistically only do about 2 days a week in office. quite a nice team as well. Reasonably good work life balance
Cons
The company doesn't really make much money, and the share price is ridiculously low and never seems to improve. This could be because the company seems to be run on the basis of what's good for the salespeople's back pockets, not the good of the company itself. also not very many young people about - everyone seems over 45.
