      Pros

      Offer all colleagues private healthcare however, the plan is very restrictive.

      Cons

      Limited progression. Very poor management at all levels. Lots of legacy colleagues with significantly inflated salaries which causes tension amongst the workforce. Work-life balance is also poor- large emphasis on working beyond contracted hours for salaried staff without compensation.

      Good people to work with, generally keen for your progression but depends on team and manager, great quality products and some hard working people

      Cons

      Pay reviews. Could be better aligned across businesses. Could have better incentives to achieve.
