Pros
The staff/my colleagues were amazing people
Cons
I started as an apprentice at 17 years old and progressed into sales.
Some really great people working at Sanctuary however the management and new HR have a long way to go. Sanctuary offer no flexibility to working hours for their Sales Staff despite previous promises to do so.
If you need to work from home due to a diagnosed mental health condition, expect to be paid less(significantly less) as I was despite working there for 15 years (salary and commission)
Communication was poor, support services poor and overall incentives in comparison to other companies, poor. Loyalty to the company and annual milestones are not celebrated or even acknowledged. A lot of secret meetings and uncertainties. Redundancies made on mass weeks before Xmas,People that have worked for the company for years
Sadly the company I left is unrecognisable to the company I joined 15 years ago.
