      Pros

      Was a lovely place to work for first 5 years and then came Drive and what followed was brutal and in some cases, very unfair.

      Cons

      Numerous changes, many managers on power trips, toxic culture with no care or compassion for their employees, just layoffs of loyal long term competent staff and replacing them with cheaper inexperienced graduates.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
