      Pros

      Really looks after staff. Training is excellent (still on going) Benifits are excellent (healthcare, lunch breaks, overall wellbeing). Everyone works as a team. Managers are super approachable. Honestly as a graduate I can't think of a better place to work.

      Many internal service teams that collaboratively worked together to deliver quality service.

      Cons

      Each office operates different. Some offices have more of a culture club than others.
