Pros

I've really enjoyed working at my current company, a UK-based software firm that focuses on government projects. One of the biggest positives is the job stability – government work tends to be consistent and long-term, which adds a strong sense of security. The projects themselves are meaningful, often having a real impact on the public, which makes the work feel purposeful. The flexible work culture has also been a major benefit, with options to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I've had the chance to learn a lot, especially around high standards for quality and security. On top of that, the team is diverse and supportive, and there’s a clear path for career growth. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a place where I’ve been able to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

One challenge at my current job was getting used to UK hours while living in India. It was a bit hard at first, but now I like it. I get free time in the morning for personal things, and the evenings are quiet, so it’s easier to focus. It’s not the usual schedule here, but it gives me a nice balance between work and life.

Pros

As I joined recently, I found the interview process at Scrumconnect was refreshingly straightforward and well-organised. There were two rounds: the first focused on technical experience, particularly around GDS services and government design standards, and the second was a behavioural and situational round exploring ways of working. Both were clearly structured, professionally conducted, and felt like a genuine two-way conversation rather than a one-sided assessment. The whole experience gave me a strong first impression of the culture — collaborative, experienced, and people-focused. If you're a UX Designer, Service Designer, Content Designer, or User Researcher looking to grow within a knowledgeable and supportive User-Centred Design community, I'd wholeheartedly recommend exploring opportunities at Scrumconnect. It's a place where you can learn from experienced practitioners while doing meaningful work.

Cons

So far I have not found any cons.

Pros

I joined Scrumconnect recently and my experience has been very positive. The team is welcoming and almost everyone in the company is approachable, which makes settling in much easier. There are overall good employee benefits like private health insurance, reasonable holidays. There are good learning opportunities. I can see it’s a fast-growing company with a strong, forward-moving culture. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch companies, especially if you value growth and collaboration. The best part has been the HR team — they’re very responsive and genuinely helpful with any queries, from onboarding onwards.

Cons

So far I couldn't see any cons.
