Pros
- Most of my colleagues (same level as myself) are good people. - Free H1 bus
Cons
- Toxic environment - Punished by management if you challenge them (e.g. something is unfair) they will take away your working from home days or suddenly deny holiday requests you have had in for weeks, - Staff treated differently. e.g some of us consistently told we are not entitled to work from home, others allowed to work from home whenever (same level) - Advertising a job as flexible, and working from home, only to not stick to that when you start the job. (Also consistently saying on adverts 'This vacancy has opened due to a colleague moving up in the NHS' When everyone who has left has left due to poor management and anxiety. - Does not matter if you go above and beyond, deliver the most work etc. if you don't suck up to your managers, it gets you nowhere other than burnt out. - Poor training, I was trained by a colleague who had started 7 days before me. - I have seen band 4's being trained by band 2's. - Absolutely 0 progression in my direct department, do not present you with opportunities to grow skills so you could move up in a different department
