We’re sorry you feel that way, especially since it’s clear you used to enjoy working here. We are going through a period of change, and whilst we truly believe that these changes are right for the future of Skipton, we don’t underestimate the impact that change can have. On blended working specifically, yes we have asked teams to be in the office three days a week because we want more day-to-day collaboration, more growth and development opportunities, and faster decision-making in person. We listened to colleagues through the consultation period to adapt our approach to this. In our last colleague Peakon survey, around half of our workforce said they actively recommend Skipton as a place to work.
