      HR provides necessary training for starters. Unions are active, and everyone is encouraged to join regardless of their age and race. The factory is large and specializes in producing meat products for the international market.

      I've been here for five months, and none so far.

      Nice people, growing company, strong career opportunities

      Cons

      I can't say that I agreed with all of their internal practices. A select few people in management roles treated underlings poorly with little respect for their time or work - overtime is often expected and not rewarded. Would like to see their operations commit to sustainable progress in all areas, not just some. Some people put the "cult" in culture - very invested in their blueprint, occasionally, skirting hypocrisy.
