It really depends on your boss and colleagues. My boss is really manipulative, incompetent and arrogant. Colleagues have been there for quite some time so they are older and "know the hacks" to "work" without having to work. The younger ones have to do the actual work and take on the blame for any mistakes the older colleagues make. Tons of politics and mindgames.
