Toxic environment - Researcher StoneX Employee Review

Extremely toxic work environment. * HR's only role seems to be helping managers fire employees whenever a manager has an issue with someone. They never listen to both sides. It's surprising how some of these people became HR professionals in Poland. * Avoid applying for a Research role or joining the Research team. The team started with 13 people and ended up with only 2. The whole world could do a case study on the Research Manager under the title: "What Kind of Manager You Should Not Be." * Team members are reportedly threatened and shouted at by management. Complete leadership failure. I do not recommend this company, especially the Research and Design teams.
