Stratstone BMW Harrogate avoid - avoid - avoid !!!!!! - Sales Manager Stratstone Employee Review

Was sold a dream of working for a reputable company selling a decent brand. Before I started I received welcome gifts & lots of training booked, so I was really looking forward to starting. Your first day is actually at the Pendragon learning centre so you get an induction, although this is just about the general company and nothing that helps you back at the dealership. My second day in the job was then at the dealership, FARCICAL !!! No introduction! Left to find my own desk, no walk around the business ( which employs at this site around 120+ people ). A week into the job I was having to set up my own passwords/ systems and bring in my own stationary etc.... I left after a week and resigned. The person the collected my company car- supposedly representing Stratstone was extremely rude and drove off using his phone and not wearing a seatbelt!!!!! I would strongly AVOID this particular dealership. Also hours - you have to get there for 7:45 to be able to park, as the site is too busy and most night you leave at 7-8pm.
