      some nice people in HO as well as depots and garages

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, no pay rises in years for HO staff, profits over everything, HR director blocking promotions at will, too much unstructured change with different business areas, out of touch directors, graduates everywhere who are not being utilised well, seller of dreams, benefits are not great at all, its not very diverse at the top

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
