      really friendly team, lovely environment to work in, opportunities for development, transparent pay and progression information, flexible working for desk-based staff. I feel the most supported here of any place I've worked.

      public sector pay, limited benefits.

      Pros

      It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
