      Pros

      I had a great experience working with Tendable, despite the internal struggles. The team I was on was great.

      Cons

      The company seemed to struggle quite a bit to take off financially most of the engineers seemed quite unhappy for many different reasons. The leadership wasn't great. Always lecturing and struggled with empowerment of the staff. It's a tough job and I am sympathetic.

      Reasonably well paid with decent technology

      Cons

      Run by a man who doesn't really know how to appreciate those who are working for him. He has an inclination to micro manage all managers. You never quite know where you stand with him
