      A lot of flexibility is given to you in how you work and everyone is really down-to-earth and understanding HR frequently invests in their staff and is really friendly

      Cons

      If you don't have a car/license and don't live nearby, the commute is a bit of a nightmare Workplace politics can be a hindrance Management often on holiday during busier months

      They are very flexible in terms of hybrid working. They want you to progress further and learn new skills where it can help your career development.

      Cons

      If you don’t have a car, it could be a difficult place to reach for working everyday in the office.
