Though I feel toxic is a word that is used too casually nowadays, at Together they are exactly that. Where does it come from? Right from the top. It’s a pseudo macho firm where belittling replaces growth. Half the people are part of the furniture, never leaving since they were 18, the other are those that come for experience and leave. What an experience it is. If you want to develop a thick skin you’ll fit in great when you get shouted at in front of everybody. Perhaps you want to add to your CV that you gained great exposure to negations. You’ll spend most of your time being challenged on why you made a mistake on something you’ve never been taught about. Don’t get me started on the parking or the lack of, the lack of hybrid working, the smelly dog running about the office and the boyish culture. Avoid this place, you don’t need them - there are better firms. Their marketing is good at brushing the dirt under the 1970’s carpet, but just look at the reviews for yourself. Yet try and avoid the ones concocted by those who will never leave and the marketing department.
