B!tchy, trouble stirring coworkers, hierarchy favouritism, every department has completely different rules and regulations and if you try to address it/challenge it then you’re quickly shut down by team leaders. Cliqueyest place I’ve ever worked in, you’re often encouraged to speak up if you ever have any issues but then the entire office knows about it the next day and suddenly you’re a social pariah. There are however some lovely, genuine people, who’ll never leave because of the benefits but are very aware of how controlled they are. A lot goes unspoken but I’ve had entire back and forth conversations just using our eyes in that place.
