      Pros

      Whilst working at TruFrame I enjoy working with friends and getting to know array of people, learning new skills. Fantastic training towards our products and getting a factory tour to see how they are made. TruFrame offer many different activities with many members of staff and participating in charity events i.e. Christmas jumper day and cake/bake sale. We get discounts from various shops and businesses in town that can help towards a night out or servicing my car. Overall I enjoy working at TruFrame and would recommend anyone to join our working family

      Salary could be increased and bonuses to be introduced

      Pros

      Overall, I've enjoyed myself at TruFrame. I get on with the job, and I don't have any issues. The people I work with are nice and polite too.

      I wouldn't change anything, I have had a positive experience at TruFrame.

      Great team. Good work/life balance. Challenging but not too hard Pay is above minimum

      Cons

      Can become stressful if behind target but not dissimilar to other production jobs.
